Welcome to Orevi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") strictly govern your access to and use of our application, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you absolutely and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. User Accounts and Security
To use Orevi, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Orevi employs strict database-level Row Level Security (RLS) to physically isolate your data, but you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree to use Orevi strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You explicitly agree not to:
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services.
- Tamper with Credits: Exploit, alter, or attempt to mathematically or systematically bypass the usage credits, limits, or billing systems via API tampering, botting, or any other unauthorized means.
- Abuse the AI: Submit prompts or data designed to circumvent safety filters, generate illegal content, or overwhelm the infrastructure through Denial-of-Service attacks.
3. Data Privacy and Storage
Your privacy is our priority. By default, active session files and chat histories may be processed locally on your device for performance optimization. Any data explicitly saved to our cloud infrastructure (such as Vault Items and Account Preferences) is mathematically protected by Cryptographic Row Level Security enforcing isolation to your specific UUID. You retain full ownership of all documents, prompts, and code you create. For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Orevi, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Orevi, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Services, any websites linked to it, any content on the Services or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
